Per Diem is permitted for the following jobs, the required info is as follows:

P66 has agreed to pay per diem at the rate of $105.00 per day from March 4^th to April 17^th.

The following information must be supplied to JF before receiving eligibility.

• Per diem will apply on-site employee lives more than eighty (80) driving miles from the Company location using the shortest route, per directions as presented within MapQuest or other similar navigation software.
• Per diem will not apply if on-site employee is not scheduled for Work (excluding fatigue days and holidays) AND/OR does not show up on his/her scheduled Workday.
• On-site employee shall submit least 2 of the forms below for the support and documented proof of such employee’s permanent address (“Tax Home”):

a) On-site employee’s official Tax Home, based on government records

• Such Tax Home must be a valid address. A Post Office Box number will not be accepted as a Tax Home.
• Such government records are:

*Address used on the employee’s most recent tax return, or;

*Address Contractor is reporting on the current employee W-2 form, or;

*   Other Federal government issued ID containing the required Tax Home address per IRS regulations. or;

b) A notarized copy of the employee’s lease agreement of his “tax home” residence, and;

c) Valid driver license matching the address of the above referenced documentation, or;

d) A Current Utility bill (last 3 months) matching the address of the above referenced documentation, or;

e) A current credit card bill (within last 3 months) matching the address of the above referenced documentation, or;

f) Other evidence of ties to the Tax Home community (e.g., family members, and the extent the employee’s possessions are stored at the Tax Home), or;

g) Official County Records.

Hours: 6×10’s – Day Shift

Starting date: March 5, 2026

Requirements: Must pass background check & Alcohol and Drug Screen.  Must wear safety toe shoes and be clean shaven.

Hours: 6×10’s – Night Shift

Starting date: March 5, 2026
